What’s it gonna cost?
Below are average ranges based on recent jobs. Final price may vary depending on the scope, but this should give you a ballpark.
📍 NYC jobs include a $35 travel fee to cover tolls, gas, and time.
📺 TV Mounting
- Standard stud mount: $125–200 (based on TV size and setup)
- Wire concealment: +$30–50 (in-wall or track, your choice)
- Hollow metal-frame walls (common in luxury apartments): +$25 for specialized anchors
If you’re mounting an 85” beast or working with tricky walls, I’ll let you know what it’ll take. Text me a photo of the TV, mount, and wall — and I’ll tell you what’s doable 🧠🔧
🎨 Painting
- Accent wall or touch-up: $125–175
- Small to medium-sized room (1–2 coats): $200–300
- Full-day painting projects: $375–500+
I do clean lines, careful prep, and no paint on your floors or pets 🐾 You provide the paint (or I can help pick it out). Some jobs may require priming first — especially if you're covering dark colors or raw walls. Text me a photo or quick video — I’ll let you know what it’ll take.
🔧 Repairs
- Wall patching, holes, rehangs, etc.: $85–150+
- Basic fixture swaps or troubleshooting: $100–175
- Hourly custom jobs: $100/hr
Whether it’s a door that won’t close right, a mystery hole in the drywall, or something that just “stopped working,” I’ll take a look. Minimum visit: $85. I’ll always quote you first so there are no surprises 🔍
🪟 Window Treatments
- Standard curtain rods, tension rods, or blinds: $25–45 per window
- Heavy drapes, layered treatments, brackets into concrete or metal studs: $50–60+ per window
Let me know how many windows and what kind of setup you’re going for — the more windows you’ve got, the better the rate I can give 📏🧰 I’ve worked on everything from blackout curtains to tricky corner rods in luxury apartments.
🪑 Furniture Assembly
- Small items: $45–75 (nightstands, small shelves, single chairs)
- Medium items: $75–125 (TV stands, desks, 4-drawer dressers)
- Large or complex: $125–200 (beds, wardrobes, 6+ drawer dressers, big stuff from IKEA or Wayfair)
If it comes with 47 parts, 9 cam locks, and step-by-step cartoon instructions... it's probably not in the $45 category 😅 Text me a pic or a link to the item — I’ll give you a ballpark.
🚽 Light Plumbing
- Faucet or shower head replacement: $100–150
- Toilet fixes (flapper, fill valve, seat, etc.): $85–150
- Drain swaps, minor under-sink work: $100–175
I'm not a licensed plumber — but if it drips, clogs, wobbles, or won't flush, I can probably help. Text me a photo or describe what’s going on 🚿🛠️ and I’ll let you know if it’s in my wheelhouse.
🛠️ Custom Installs
- Lighting, ceiling fans, shelves, mirrors, curtain rods, closet systems, smart devices, etc.
- Pricing depends on size, placement, and wall type: $100–250+
If it mounts, hangs, plugs in — or syncs with Alexa — there’s a good chance I install it. Custom installs vary a lot, so text me a few photos and I’ll give you a ballpark 🖼️📲
🕒 Hourly Work
- Minimum visit / first hour: $75
- Each additional 30 minutes: $30 (or $60/hour)
This works best for small jobs, punch lists, or mix-and-match projects that don’t fall into one category. Text me what you’ve got — I’ll let you know if it’s hourly or a flat quote 🔧🕐
💬 Bundles & Discounts
If you’ve got two or more projects that can be done in one visit — like a TV mount and furniture assembly, or a few small repairs and window installs — I may be able to offer a discount (10–15%).
Multi-window treatment install? I got you. The more you have, the better the rate per window 🪟🪟🪟
I price fairly, quote honestly, and leave things better than I found them. Text me a list or a few pics and I’ll put together a fair plan that works for both of us 🔵🔨🦈
