Half-hour increments available after the first hour.

Best for troubleshooting, punch lists, miscellaneous tasks, touch-ups, and all the strange little household mysteries nobody else wants to deal with.

Some services — like TV mounting, drywall repair, painting, custom installs, and fixture replacements — are priced separately based on scope.

📍 Travel fees: Manhattan: $60  •  Hoboken / Jersey City waterfront / Weehawken: $35

📺 TV Mounting

  • Standard TV mounting: starting at $150
  • Existing mount TV swaps: starting at $75
  • Wire concealment / specialty walls: quoted separately

If you're mounting an 85" beast, working with a tricky wall, or your building was constructed with mystery materials and pure attitude, send me a few photos first. I'll let you know what's doable.

🌪️ Ceiling Fan Installation

  • Ceiling fan replacement: starting at $175
  • New installs / high ceilings / complex setups: quoted separately

Ceiling fans always look easier in the box than they do on the ceiling. A basic fan swap is one thing. High ceilings and complicated assemblies are a whole different conversation.

🛠️ Custom Installations

  • Floating shelves
  • Gallery walls
  • Media setups
  • Wall systems
  • Curtain rods & window treatments
  • Decorative installs

The goal is always the same: clean lines, solid mounting, and making it look like it was always supposed to be there.

Custom quoted based on scope.

🪑 Furniture Assembly

  • Small items: starting at $75
  • Large or complex items: quoted based on scope

From simple chairs to full-room setups, assembly pricing depends on size, complexity, and how ambitious the instruction manual decided to get.

💡 Light Fixture Installation

  • Standard fixture installation: starting at $85 per fixture
  • High ceilings / oversized fixtures: quoted separately

Some fixtures take 20 minutes. Some fixtures make everybody question their life choices. Photos always help.

🎨 Drywall Repair & Painting

  • Drywall repair: quoted based on scope
  • Painting projects: quoted based on prep work, wall condition, and materials

A tiny nail hole and a water-damaged ceiling are technically both “wall repairs.” One just tends to come with more drama.

🚽 Fixture Swaps & Minor Plumbing

  • Faucets
  • Shower heads
  • Toilets
  • Vanities
  • Utility sinks

Some swaps are straightforward. Others involve rusted valves, old plumbing, or somebody else’s “creative” previous repair.

Quoted based on scope.

🔧 General Handyman Tasks

  • Art hanging
  • Caulking
  • Minor repairs
  • Punch lists
  • Odds & ends

These types of projects typically fall under hourly pricing.

The little projects that somehow multiply around the apartment when nobody’s looking.

📦 Bundled Projects & Larger Jobs

Bundling multiple projects into the same visit can often reduce overall pricing compared to booking everything separately.

Larger repairs, multi-room projects, and recurring client work may also qualify for adjusted pricing depending on scope and scheduling.

The more efficiently we can tackle things together, the better I can usually work with you on the final number.

🔵🔨🦈 Materials & Workmanship

Project-specific materials are billed separately when needed. Any material costs will always be discussed beforehand.

If something related to my workmanship needs adjustment shortly after the job, reach out. I stand behind my work.
